  These fees include the following:

  • Player Registration and Carding
  • Team Registration Fees for 1 Tournament
  • Team Registration Fees for 1 League
  • Referee Fees for 1 League
  • Team training sessions with paid trainers
  • Weekly club goalie training sessions
  • Club Operating expenses (BUSC is volunteer ran organization - no coaches, managers, or board members are paid)

Sibling Discounts

Sibling Discounts

  • Family's with 2 siblings in BUSC have player fees reduced to $190 each
  • Family's with 3 siblings in BUSC have player fees reduced to $180 each
  • etc.

* Sibling discount policy under review for Fall 2020/Spring 2021 Season - new registration system is likely to require a different method for calculating/implementing this discount.  The net discount should be about the same though.

Online Payment of Fees

Online Payment of Fees

  • All club fees will now require online payment through the Demosphere registration system.  Accepting a roster position requires a nonrefundable $100 deposit at the time of acceptance.
  • Team fees and the remaining club fee amount will be loaded onto Household accounts no later than 30 June for Fall seasons and 31 October for Spring seasons.
  • Optional payment plans will be available with a small processing fee added in.  All Fall fees must be paid in full by 30 September and all Spring Fees must be paid in full by 28 February.

Refund Policy

  • $100 nonrefundable deposit due at time of roster spot acceptance
  • Partial refund requests (injury, illness, player moving, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  A prorated credit toward future season fees may be offered in lieu of a refund.  No such considerations will be offered after Sep 15 for fall and Apr 15 for spring.

  • BUSC Uniforms are not included in our club fees.  Currently Frye's Soccer Shoppe is the supplier of our uniforms.  Teams may choose from the options provided in the uniform order sheet linked to below.

Team Fees

Team Fees

  • Every team will set their specific team fee amount to cover additional expenses such as more tournaments, supplementary training, etc
  • The amount varies significantly between teams and is set by the coach, who should breakdown these fees and how the amount was determined
  • For younger teams, these team fees are often less than $50
  • For our most competitive and active teams in older age groups, these additional team fees can be in the $200 range
