Butler United Club Fees:

BUSC Club Fees

  • $400 per year (to include Fall and Spring seasons) for U9-U15 teams
  • $200 per year (Spring season only) for U16-U19 teams  

These fees include the following:

  • Player registration and carding
  • Team registration fees for 1 tournament per season
  • Team registration fees for 1 league per season
  • Referee fees for 1 league per season
  • Team training sessions with paid trainers
  • Regular club goalie training sessions
  • Club operating expenses (BUSC is a volunteer ran organization - no coaches, managers, or board members are paid)

Team Fees

Team Fees

  • Every team will set their specific team fee amount to cover additional expenses such as more tournaments, supplementary training, etc
  • The amount varies significantly between teams and is set by the coach, who should breakdown these fees and how the amount was determined
  • For younger teams, these team fees are often less than $50 per season
  • For our most competitive and active teams in older age groups, these additional team fees can be in the $200 per season range

Sibling Discounts

F21/S22 Sibling Discounts

  • Households will automatically receive a 10% discount on a 2nd BUSC player's club registration fee (ie: Player one club fees: $400, player two club fees: $360)
  • Households will automatically receive a 20% discount on a 3rd BUSC player's club registration fee (ie: Player one club fees: $400, player two club fees: $360, player three club fees: $320)
  • Households will automatically receive a 30% discount on additional player's club registration fee (ie: Player one club fees: $400, player two club fees: $360, player three club fees: $320, player four club fees: $280, player five club fees: $280)

Online Payment of Fees

F22/S23 Online Payment Info

  • All club fees will now require online payment through the Demosphere registration system
  • Starting Fall '22/Spring '23 the acceptance process will require an initial $100 deposit made to hold the roster spot in May/June. This $100 deposit fully goes toward the club fee owed. 
  • The remaining online fees can be paid through an optional payment plan when final registration is processed later in seasonal year.
    • Full payment of outstanding club fee and team fees (if collected online)
    • One plan will have one additional payment that will be automatically collected on 1 Mar.  This plan has a $5 fee for processing costs
    • Another plan will have three additional payments that will be automatically collected on 1 Sep, 1 Dec, and 1 Mar.  This plan has a $10 fee for processing costs
  • Team fees will be collected either:
    • Independently by coaches as cash or checks (made out to BUSC) prior to the start of each season
    • Or as part of your online fees - which will be noted in the system

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • The initial payment made when accepting a roster spot is considered a nonrefundable deposit
  • Partial refund requests (injury, illness, player moving, etc.) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  A prorated credit toward future season fees may be offered in lieu of a refund.  No such considerations will be offered after Sep 15 for fall and Apr 15 for spring seasons
  • Any refunds issued will be reduced by a minimum $5 to cover the incurred processing fees

Uniforms

Soccer Plus Uniforms

  • BUSC Uniforms are not included in our club fees, a full kit runs around $100
  • Starting with the Fall 2021 Season, BUSC Uniforms will be purchased through Soccer Plus with online club ordering
  • There will be an order deadline established for the Fall and Spring seasons that will be picked up by the club and distributed through coaches
  • Individual uniform and spirit-wear orders can be made at anytime with a store pickup or shipping option
  • Other orders throughout the year need to have paid shipping or be picked up by parents
