BUSC Fee Structure and Information

Butler United club fees are $200 per season (Fall and Spring).  Fees are collected by coaches or team managers each season in cash or checks made out to BUSC.  These fees include the following:
  • Player Registration and Carding
  • Team Registration Fees for 1 Tournament
  • Team Registration Fees for 1 League
  • Referee Fees
  • Team training sessions with paid trainers
  • Weekly club goalie training sessions
  • Club Operating expenses (BUSC is volunteer ran organization - no coaches, managers, or board members are paid)
Sibling Discounts
  • Family's with 2 siblings in BUSC have player fees reduced to $190 each
  • Family's with 3 siblings in BUSC have player fees reduced to $180 each
  • etc.
Online Payment of Fees
  • BUSC currently does not accept online fee payment. We will continue to monitor the online payment options, systems and extra fees while considering whether we will accept online payments.  Processing fees are not controlled by the club and do not go to the club.
  • BUSC Uniforms are not included in the club fees.  Currently Frye's Soccer Shoppe is the supplier of our uniforms.  Teams may choose from the options provided in the uniform order sheet linked to below.

Team Fees
  • Every team will set their specific team fee amount to cover additional expenses such as more tournaments, supplementary training, etc
  • The amount varies significantly between teams and is set by the coach, who should breakdown these fees and how the amount was determined
  • For younger teams, these team fees are often less than $50
  • For our most competitive and active teams in older age groups, team fees can be in the $200 range
